is it possible to display time zone in learning enrollments screen

Summary: we're on 24B with activity sequencing and redwood enabled. Our learners use their own time zones in preferences. When learner enrolls themselves (even when learning admin creates enrollment), users will be getting date, time and time zone details in their enrollments page.

Now, after implementing redwood and activity sequencing, we observed that the date and time are getting displayed in the time zone mentioned in the preferred time zone mentioned set preferences.

Some of learners use a different time zone due to work requirement and as the time zone details are not available, they are getting confused on the actual time of that learning.
