Is it possible to trigger an email notification when installments for a PPRT are ready for review?

We have our PPRTs scheduled to run but for those in cross currency we are required to enter a conversion rate. This can be done at the point when installments are reviewed but we would like to have that notification sent via email so a team member is aware and can login and enter the conversion rate.
