How to add Position details deep link in Job Requisitions details page

Under Job Requisitions we can view the Parent Position details in Basic Info section.

Currently Position Name and Position Code is available.

Our requirement is to generate a deep link so that whenever we click this Position, it should redirect to the Position Details page in a seperate tab/window.

Can someone guide how can we configure this using Deep link or any other functionality.
