HDL Error on Assignment load

Summary: We are trying to perform a load to remove Position Value from Assignment & are running into an Issue with HDL for a subset of our Employees. HDL Error says:

"The Primary Work Relationship attribute of the assignment with effective start date xx-xx-xxxx yy:yy AM and effective sequence 1 doesn't match the work relationship." We are trying to run the Employment Diagnostic for this Person - however there is no results for any corruption.

Has anyone faced this Issue in HDL Load - What would be the fix for this Issue?
