Is it possible to show the "job" of the manager in the "Assignment Manager (Unsecured)" Dimension?

Summary:

I am creating a report to look at if employees who are direct or indirect reports for a manager are in the same function area. For example, if a top level manager is HR, they should not have operations employees in the hierarchy. So I need to see the job family for the top level manager as well as the employee below, and the direct manager.

I have created the structure, but I can't get the top level managers job, which is from the "Assignment Manager (Unsecured)" Dimension in the "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time" subject area.
