Learning Journey navigation issue

Summary:

Hi all,

i don't know if it's the right place, maybe i should raise an SR. But after learning Journey completion, the learner rate the learning journey but for some reason after the rating done, the user is not able to reach out the learning catalog anymore except if they hit the home page button. Many users complain about this behavior. It's not intuitive enough in term of navigation see in attached what i mean.
