Content: We have a requirement to capture candidate reference contact information as part of the job application flow. This process is applicable for both internal and external applicants. The required fields are: Contact Name, Current Position, Employer Name, Phone, Phone Extension, Email, Years Known
and Candidates should also be able to attach the reference letter.
External Applications: We are using the extra information block (EITs) to collect the necessary information.
Internal Applications: What options are available? Is it possible to enable the extra information block for internal applications?
Please provide any possible solutions to achieve the requirement of collecting reference details from internal applications.
