What Role is required to view Filtered List under Data Exchange Work Area?

Hi,

I wish to use Filtered Lists for HCM Communicate, however I am unable to see the task/quick action of Filtered Lists under Data Exchange Work Area?

I have Application Implementation Consultant, Application Implementation Administrator and HR Specialist roles.

Kindly let me know which specific roles are required for visibility of Filtered Lists.
