Mass download the "completion certificate" for multiple learners

Summary:

Hi all,

Is there a possibility to add a function / report that would allow us to mass download the "certificate of completion" for a number of people that have completed a particular training (from the admin side) ?

Certificate of completion is needed for some mandatory courses and it is not possible to manually download all the certificates for everyone, or ask them to send their certificates to us again.
