Drop down for Additional Person Info not working in Redwood

Summary:

Under My Client Groups, Quick Actions, Additional Person Info we use the info group of Time and Labor Information in order to specify what percentage of the employee's overtime is converted to Accrued Comp Time.

There is a drop down called Accrue Comp where you must select Yes or No.

This drop down is not showing the Yes or No options in Redwood. See print screens below.

Works fine when not using Redwood.

I have tried with seeded roles, I have run all the ingestion jobs, turned on all required profiled options, and tried in multiple different browsers. I also ran the customization tool and this page is not showing with any customizations.
