How to show ''Cancelled'' under Candidate Status when job requisition is Cancelled

Summary:

Hello experts,

• Background: when the Recruiter clicks on ''Cancel Job Requisition'', all applicants goes to ''Rejected by Employer'' State. From ''Candidate Status'' configuration perspective, all states are configured as ''Under Consideration'' (because the organization does not want to say anything until there is a final decision)
• Request: if job requisition is Cancelled, regardless of candidate phase/state, can they see ''Cancelled''? we do not want them to see ''Under Consideration'', how to achieve that?
