Is there a way to update the warning banners?

Summary:

I am trying to update the banners showing the Termination action.

I have already looked into the 'Manage Messages' setting, but none of the messages listed below are the ones that we would like to update (shown above).

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
