Setting up a shift differential based on job code and location

Summary:

Hello Payroll Experts - We are exploring our options on how to set up a shift differential by job code and location. Has anyone done this before? I know I can use a UDT table and fast formula's but was trying to see if there were any other options I might not be considering. Such as Values Defined by Criteria or is there a way to do it through the Compensation module by using premiums by locations.
