Incorrect Absence Hours Calculation in OTBI Report

Somehow the Absence Hours calculation is pulling in an extra 8 hours of PTO into the day.

We have a report that includes the absence hours our employees take on any given day. Some of the rows however display a balance of 16 hours, when there is only 8 reported in the UI.

Any ideas why 16 hours are being calculated for that day, rather than the 8 listed in the UI?
