Requirement for personalize Address Fields in ORC candidate profile page
Hello Team,
I have a requirement in the ORC for my ongoing project where the client is asking us to specifically personalize the layout of the fields in the address to make it mandatory or non-mandatory in the detail section while selecting applicants for the job requisition.
Note: I do have an idea that if we try to personalize
the address from Manage Address Formats, we can change the address field to mandatory or non-mandatory, but it will also impact my core HR and other UI interfaces where the address field will populate. Please let me know if this is achievable or if anyone has other workarounds.
