Remove ability to View My Learning Journeys for the Employee Role

Summary:

We have a requirement wherein we need to hide the View My Learning Journeys option under the Action button when Searching the Learning Catalog for the Employee role. However, I can't seem to identify the privilege that give access to the Employee role. Does anyone knows the privilege that I need to remove to hide the View My Learning Journeys option? Navigation: Quick Actions > Learning > Search the Learning Catalog
