Delegate Line Managers can't view Direct Reports in My Team> Learning

Delegate Line Managers can't view Direct Reports in My Team > Learning. We see blank page.
Do we need to run any job post role delegation ?

We have a user to whom Line Manager role has been delegated but he doesn't see delegated directs.
