Redwood Learn - Issues adding Activities to Offerings in PROD.

Summary:

Unable to Activities to any NEW Course/Offerings.

Following recent patch in PROD.

Access Via :

My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Catalogue

Selecting : Courses (either pick one up or creating a new course)

Select "Offerings" from the left handside

on new page select "Activities"

Click on "+Add"

select ‘Add Instructor-Led Activity'

Another box comes up and nothing happens, even if we select OK

There is No error message NOTHING
