Can we use job family as a condition in Approval Rule?

Summary:

We have a requirement in Termination Approval Workflow based on Job Family.

Example: If worker's Job Family is Human Resources, then route the approval to HR Representatives XYZ.
However, upon checking, Job Family is not available in the Worker Assignment attributes in approval rule.

Is there any other way to achieve this?
