Hide PO's From Agent who have Full Access to Other Agents' Documents

Let's say that we have A,B,C,E,F & X Procurement agents and One Procurement BU
Procurement Agent A has Access to Other Agents' Documents FULL so he can access PO's created by B,C,E,F & X Procurement agents.

Our client requirment is to hide PO's created by X agent from A agent.
