Can we set up Two way email communication to only go to the Recruiter?

Summary:

After turning on the 2-way email with candidates, we found that the hiring team, including the Hiring Manager, are receiving the email notification when the applicant responds to an email. We don't want to clutter a Hiring Manager's inbox with some of these emails. Is there a way to setup the configuration so that the applicant response only goes to the Recruiter vs the full hiring team?
