The GL balance inquiry screen: Inquire And Analyze Balances does not work

When I try to use the Inquire And Analyze Balances tool, it doesn't work, an error appears on the screen. I have already used the document "Inquire And Analyze Balances - Page Does Not Open - No Cubes Exist For This Chart Of Account (Doc ID 2438999.1)" and ran the process "Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes" but it continues with the same mistake. How should I proceed in this case?
