How to combine multiple max formula criteria in OTBI

Summary:

I'm having trouble pulling in all employees latest Seniority Dates. It seems I need to pull in 2 criteria: 1. LATEST Seniority Change Start Date & LATEST Seniority Date. Is there a way to use a formula to pull in a date using multiple criteria?

I tried using this formula, but it doesn't seem to work.

MAX("Person Seniority Details"."Seniority Date" BY MAX("Person Seniority Details"."Seniority Change Start Date" BY "Worker"."Person Number"))

I also tried to pull in 2 separate columns into the report:

  • 1 for seniority date using MAX("Person Seniority Details"."Seniority Date")
