Make only positions that are not hired/no one incumbent currently has in a job requisition

Hello Dears,

I'm seeking guidance on refining the process of creating job requisitions based on positions within our workforce structure. Rather than displaying all positions, I'm searching for the solution for only those that currently lack an incumbent or haven't been filled yet. Any insights on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.
