Placeholder of the Evaluation List

How do I see the non default Evaluation List?

The process I did was, I created a Subscriber 'Learning Evaluation' then in the Configure Evaluation I add it there, but the system is only allowing me to add 1.

So now, in the Offering Level when I Add Evaluation, it is now showing up in there, then if I want to add another evaluation, I have to edit the Configure Evaluation again and add the newly created Learning Evaluation, so now it gets replaced, then when I select the Override System Default, I can now see the Old and the newly added Evaluation (from the Configure Evaluation). If I need to keep adding list to the Evaluation Drop-Down list will I have to keep on replacing the evaluation in the Configure Evaluation?, if so where is the actual placeholder
