Missing details populating from Job Req Template on Position Requisition

Hi Team,
Our client wants to utilize Requisition Templates. We have observed that when a Job Requisition Template is created and attached to the job and when a requisition is created for the position associated with that job, all the details are getting defaulted on the requisition except the following
- Prescreening Questions
- Interview Feedback Questionnaire
- Package for Background check
There is no issue when the requisition is created for the job and all details gets populated however the issue is when the requisition is created for the position associated with the job and only the above 3 details are not getting defaulted. Has anyone faced this issue? Is this the expected behaviour?
