How to remove alternative languages for city and states from the geography tree structure

Summary:

We have created a geography tree for Turkey and imported the geography data. When we check the "Hierarchy Defined" field, versions in languages I don't want for cities and provinces come up, and versions in these languages also appear in the city and state value lists when adding addresses. We want to remove these alternative languages from here. How can we do this?
