Can Probation be confirmed on system after Employee completes mandatory courses and documents

We have requirement for Probation : Employee should complete performance evaluation, submit mandatory document and complete L&D Training (Outside HCM) then only system should complete the Probation else 'NO'.

Can we achieve it? Any help would be appreciated.
