Requisition error notification to be sent to Requestor

We have Requisitions where if they have an error like invalid charge account and it stays on pending approval for so many days and when requestor/preparer goes inside the requisition then he finds that there is an issue in either approval rules or Charge account issue. Attaching the BPM screenshot where it shows if there is error it has to go to creator but it doesn't happen today. Please let us know what needs to be done in this case since requestors/preparers are not sure if there is an error until they manually go an open requisition.
