Absence Adjustment Reason (Prorated and Not Prorated)

Is it possible to have an Absence adjustment's that are pro-rated and not pro-rated?

As an example:

If Adjustment A is called "Carryover Error" where we are adding in for example 5 extra days onto an employee this one, we do not want prorated, if the employee leaves.

If Adjustment B is called "Absence - Contract Agreement" where we are adding in for example 5 extra days onto an employee this one, we do want prorated, if the employee leaves.

Is this possible? if so how can we create these
