Summary:

We are trying to load the learning record for legacy learning item but we are facing the below error.

"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-retrieveLearningItemId()::LearningRecord EffectiveStartDate and EffectiveEndDate are not in between LearningItem EffectiveStartDate and EffectiveEndDate: STRINGMANAGER: Key: retrieveLearningItemId()::LearningRecord EffectiveStartDate and EffectiveEndDate are not in between LearningItem EffectiveStartDate and EffectiveEndDate not found in bundle oracle.apps.hcm.lea".
