Calculation Manager -Allocation Rules

I am using the Calculation Manager module to generate allocation reports. My report is based on a year-to-date format. However, sometimes my report is incomplete due to late incoming transactions. Currently, when I receive late incoming transactions, I have to allocate the transactions manually.

Illustration:

I need to complete my allocation report by the 3rd day of the first week of May. However, I received late incoming transactions on May 15th. Due to the large volume of data, I cannot reverse the transactions. I would like to use the allocation module to generate the allocation for these late transactions. However, the accounting period for May has already been closed on the 3rd day of May.
