Is it possible to fetch the values of a field in the regions through EL expression in Redwood pages?

Summary:

We have got a business requirement to validate the edit (Pencil) icon based on the category field (Visa and Permits) in Identification Info quick actions. Let's say if the category in Visa and permits in Identification Info is selected as 'ABC' then the edit (Pencil) icon should be disabled or vice versa. Is it possible to use EL Expression / fetch the values of a field in the regions through EL expression in Redwood pages?
