Getting error in Payroll for an employee after end dated State Levy on his Calculation Card

Problem Description: After end dated the State Levy in the Involuntary Deductions within Calculation card of employee, Payroll got an error for the State Levy. After trying to correct the error by following steps on Fusion US Payroll: Getting Error While Running Payroll For An Employee ( Doc ID 2990449.1 ) it stills get an error.
