How to set job mode for Recommend the Most Popular Learning process

We've recently enabled Redwood for Learning and now want to enable POPULAR WITH MY JOB LEARNING RECOMMENDER from 23B update.

The instructions in the release notes advise to schedule the Recommend the Most Popular Learning background process to run once a week with a job mode of POPULAR_CATEGORY_RECOM_REFRESH_AND_SYNC.

I can't see anywhere where you can set the job mode of POPULAR_CATEGORY_RECOM_REFRESH_AND_SYNC when scheduling the process. Please could anyone advise on where this is defined?
