Exports truncate the subject field to 60 characters, but the data dictionary and incident workspaces allow more.

We have some incidents with very long subjects. According to the data dictionary, the subject can be 240 characters. Exports from both .NET and BUI in a variety of formats all truncate the length to 60, leaving out some data that some of our teams need.

The REST API returns the whole subject.

Is this a bug or a limitation? Does anyone know a workaround?
