O365 Integration - Interview Scheduling Page - No Web Conference Link

Summary:

The Web Conference Link does not populate when I select the Format: Web Conference. This is in our Test pod, trying to get it to work for the first time. MS Graph has been set up according to our Active Directory admin. There is a single user account he set up to facilitate the connection from Oracle to O365.
Related to this, the interviewer availability does not refresh either!

Is there a connection between the meeting host and the web conference link? I'm wondering if there's something missing, either on the the HCM side or the Azure side. According to Document "Interview Scheduling Calendar Integration" we have set up all of the items explicitly mentioned.
