how to write auto complete rule to default job Family and Job function

Summary:

We have requirement to default Job family and Job function to default the value when we are using blank requisitions and existing requisition.

The Job family and Job Function should get updated when we select a Job on the offer info block.

Could anyone help with us a autocomplete rule?
