How to restrict few users from submitting Initiate Invoice Approval Workflow from scheduled process

Summary:

We need to stop users from submitting 'initiate invoice Approval Workflow' process from Scheduled process. I have created a new role restricting 'Initiate Payables Invoice Approval Task Flow' privilege, it is restricting the program from Scheduled process but also restricting to view Invoice > Actions> Approve options from Invoice workbench. Our requirement is to only restrict the users from submitting the program from Scheduled Process.
