Prevent creation of Duplicate Requisition, if already a requisition for same Position/Job is active.

Recruiter 1 has created a requisition for Position 1 and it is active.

Recruiter 2 also creates the requisition using the same Position 1 and it is also active after submission.

This creates the duplication of requisition for the same Position in the System.

When this type of scenario occurs there should be some kind of warning/error message or some validation to restrict this action. Is there any possible solution for this issue?
