Hiring manager not receiving feedback notification

Hey,

We have a hiring manager whom we had triggerd the interview feedback to and he mentioned he hasn't received any notification or link to access, when checked his roles he dint have required HM role. So now we had added the required seeded role of the HM, and again when we are trying to request the feedback he still isn't receiving the email or link.

Is there any thing we are missing here or any workaround on how we can assign this to the HM ?
