Oracle IDR CEN EN 16931invoice format

Summary:

A new electronic invoice format is coming which will be mandatory from 2027 in Germany, CEN EN 16931. This will be based on XML.

Our customer is using Oracle IDR and wants to make sure this will be supported in the future.

We have already found that the new format will be supported for billing on the receivables side, however on the payables IDR side I have yet to come across a confirmation of the ability to process XML in the coming future.
