Employee Role vs Human Resource specialist

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask a question about how the roles work. We have an employee role who obviously cannot change his personal details (name and disability). If I add the role of Human resource specialist to this employee, we notice that the pencil appears to modify this information (attached screen). This probably happens because the role of Human resource specialist can modify the information and therefore the employee also inherits it. It's correct? Is this expected behavior?
Or is there a way to hide this possibility from the employee?
