REST APIs user account for a third party

Dear all,

We are working with a provider who needs to fetch job reqs from our ATS to a web page.

How do I proceed to give him access? Should I create an account for the provider, with all the roles, and give him the credentials?

Or should I share my credentials so that he can authenticate? I have all the required roles.
