Can we create questionnaire in squence.

Summary: We have a requirement that all questions should appear in sequence in the Workforce Health and Safety Incidents questionnaire. However, when creating the questionnaire, the order of the questions does not match the intended sequence when the questionnaire is used. Interestingly, the preview shows the questions in the correct order as desired.

Could someone please help me resolve this? I would greatly appreciate it.
