The employee makes an absence entry for himself. After the Absence approval process is completed, the employee receives both an approved and FYI e-mail.
FYI, it is not included in the Absence approval rules flow.
Is it possible to not receive an FYI email when an employee logs in for himself/herself?
Can it be arranged so that when the employee's manager makes an absence entry on behalf of the employee, an FYI e-mail is sent, but when the employee makes an absence entry for himself, only the approved e-mail is sent?
BMP settings were checked but no results were found. Is there a method for this?
