Error in terminations with multiple assigments

Terminations of multiple assignments in a work relationship need to be allocated to the manager of each one, and not have access to terminate all of the educator's contracts. Because we have several cases, in which only one link is closed, while the others remain, that is, each leader must make the request according to the registration number belonging to him. Basically, the error consists in: the system should allow the manager to terminate only the role for which he is a manager, and not the others for which he is not a manager.

The manager should only be able to terminate the job named "PRECEPTOR". Does anyone know how to achieve this?
