Send Pending LDAP request is going into paused status after 10 mins of running.

We have a couple of large files that have successfully loaded via HDL. But the send pending LDAP request process keeps going into paused status after 10 mins of running. Is this expected behavior? I have tried cancelling and rescheduling but the same behavior continues.
