We are trying to replace the name of a legislative flex field and unable to do it either using User Interface Text or personalization. It is not appearing in User Interface Text and not editable in Page personalization's. This Flex field not available for edits in Manage Descriptive Flex field page Also. Please help in replacing the name of this field, below are the details

FlexField Code - PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DATA_LEG_DDF
Flexfield to replace - Last Marital Status Change Date Prior to Hire. We wanted to replace the name of this field.
