We are adding amount in titlekey for both DocumentRejectedFyi and DocumentOpenFyi

DocumentOpenFyi : {0} {1} ({2}) Implemented
DocumentRejectedFyi : {0} {1} ({2}) Rejected

So the notification should came as :
Purchase Order <PO_NUM> (100.00) Implemented
Purchase Order <PO_NUM> (100.00) Rejected

But in our case it comes both notifications comes as Rejected or Implemented. Which means changes done to any of the workflow affects both of them.
